The Certification & Compliance Group reside within Digital Product Platform, and specifically within the Hardware Domain. Group responsibility spans Export Controls, Compliance (Radio Type Approvals, Licences etc.), EMC (vehicle and component), GRADE (electronic design audit) and EM Simulation. As Group Scrum Master you will be working with multiple squads across the Group and interfacing with a broad range of stakeholders in the business. 

  

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

 

In this exciting yet challenging position, you’ll Communicate priorities defined by the GPO and work together with Squad POs and SMs to decompose them. You’ll ensure the Group and Squad priorities and plans are aligned and synchronised to meet key milestones, whilst measuring progress towards goals set by the GPO; Collaborating with Squad POs and SMs to optimize delivery. 

 

  • Ensure priorities set by the Group Product Owner (GPO) are aligned and decomposed by all squads within the Group. 

  • Track progress and ensure transparency of group deliverables. 

  • Identify dependencies needed to support Group priorities and align with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Ensure Group level risks, impediments and dependencies are identified and managed  

  • Removes impediments escalated to Group level. 

  • Promote collaboration within the group and external stakeholders through the effective application of Agile Ways of Working 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED 

  

  • Prior experience working in a Scrum Master role, ideally within Automotive Engineering. 

  • Qualified Experience of Agile at Scale (e.g. Leading SAFe) 

  • Expert knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence (including customisation to provide data views / dashboards needed by the team) to efficiently manage team backlog and delivery
