Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide end to end services for all RTX candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during their onboarding process.
- Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements
- Effectively update recruiters and managers on the status of the candidates they are Onboarding including proactively communicating any potential roadblocks and/or delays
- Utilize SOP to process assigned work and meet established SLAs
- Maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures
- Other tasks upon request
Required Skills -
- 2 years of recent administrative/customer service experience.
- Previous experience working in a high volume, fast past environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- As a business requirement, willing to work any shift to support multiple US (EST, CST, MT, PST) time zones
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Skills -
- Previous experience working in shared service model and/or supporting Talent Acquisition administrative activities
- Working knowledge of ATS (ie Workday), Onboarding systems & Case Management Systems (Ie. ServiceNow)
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
