Collins Aerospace, Bangalore office is looking for candidates to join as power electronics design engineer for aircraft mechanical systems and electronic controller products. This member will work very closely with systems and software team to develop the electronics per requirements which includes proto, design assurance, qualification and production.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in Microcontroller Design
- Hands on experience in DC/DC SMPS and Linear power supply design
- Digital & Analog Design Experience in Op-Amp, ADC, DAC and Active-passive filter design
- Selection of components such as MOSFET, BJT, diodes, capacitor, and inductor, Sensor's, Amplifiers
- Experience in PCB layout and components
- Experience in serial protocol such as CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, etc.
- Good at handling bench top test equipment such as DMM, oscilloscope, data logger
- Knowledge on electronic product design and development process
- Excellent Hardware Debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Experience in LTspice and Matlab simulation is preferred
- Self-driven and ability to work independently Fundamentals of electronics components, analog, digital and power circuits
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
