Job Summary

The successful candidate will interface with all levels of Raytheon personnel and government personnel to ensure contract security compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, the NISPOM, related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD 254) and program security requirements. The position requires a self-motivated candidate that is capable of working independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:  

  • Manage the DD254s and sub DD254s for our cleared programs
  • Manage the Insider Threat program requirements
  • Investigate security violations and write reports
  • Manage the local security education, training, and awareness requirements
  • Assist with security self-inspections and audits
  • Additional duties as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is Required as this position needs an Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance and a current Investigation within 5 years or be enrolled in the CE program as of Day One of Employment.
  • Experience working Industrial Security in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing contractual (DD254) requirements for DoD Collateral programs
  • In-depth, working knowledge of the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ISLs, and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directive with the ability to research, interpret, and implement requirements
  • In-depth, working knowledge of DISS and NISS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Knowledge of Resolver and Access Commander

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Completion of the CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum
  • Completion of required courses for appointment as the ITPSO to manage the Insider Threat Program
  • Experience conducting security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, and program-specific security briefings
  • Knowledge of ITAR and EAR restrictions
  • Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy when interacting with employees and management at all levels within the company and government
  • ISP Certification

Required Education (including Major):

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
