We are searching for an outstanding Antenna Maintainer to support mission critical communications systems at the Harold E. Holt Defence Precinct at Exmouth, in Western Australia’s north west.
The precinct is vital to our nation’s defence and includes the Space Surveillance Telescope and C-Band Radar, part of a worldwide network of telescopes and radars that detect, track, identify and catalogue man-made objects in space.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking a variety of tasks in support of the Antenna Field requirements including PM on VLF Towers, Counter weight towers, Antenna Panels, and associated antenna rigging
- Corrective Maintenance IAW Maximo
- Guy wire change outs
- Adhering to site work place health and safety procedures
- Plan activities, including tools, equipment, assistance and materials needed to complete tasks within allocated time frames.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant experience and training in a similar position
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and executing maintenance tasks
- Experience in mechanical fitting or welding.
- Current High Risk Riggers ticket (RA) and Current High Risk Scaffolding ticket (SB)
- Current Drivers licence

The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 98,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
