Job Summary:

The P&W Earned Value Analysis & Reporting Organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as Support Team Associate.  This position provides the candidate with the opportunity to support a variety of enabling tasks for the F135 EVA&R Team and interface with the Program Management Office and Engineering.  While in this role, the candidate will provide complete transactional activities following established standard work as well as analysis in areas of Project Management, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the Military Engines Programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliverables with the technical areas; ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidance.
  • Perform risk assessments associated with task budgeting and program performance.
  • Support Monthly Program Reviews preparation activities.
  • Support monthly Program Estimate-At-Completion reviews.
  • Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, and Business fields are preferred. .
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
  • 3.25 GPA requirement .

  • Qualified candidates must communicate effectively within a diverse team of individuals. 
  • Attention to detail focused on internal & external customer satisfaction is required to ensure aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
  • Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Analytical and trending skills—medium to high proficiency of MS Excel.
  • Able to work across functions, organizations, and different levels of management.
  • Oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable executing under the pressures of a highly active environment.
