- The Volvo Western Region is in search of a talented automotive professional with fixed operations experience to help cultivate information and communicate both internally to Volvo teams and Retailers. A day in the life

  • Achieve market parts, accessory, repair order growth and retention objectives
  • Analyze data and improve retailer operations through process improvement
  • Brand advocate for client satisfaction and achieve service satisfaction (SSI) objectives
  • Streamline retailer communications and prioritize urgent action items
  • Monitor and manage key business metrics including warranty expense, training, technical workshop requirements, retailer repair order and parts performance metrics
  • Increasing market repair order growth and customer retention
  • Monitoring and managing warranty expense
  • Associate development and leadership

What you will bring to Volvo

  • 5+ years experience in retail or wholesale automotive
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Automotive with a specialty in Fixed Operations
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to effectively and efficiently use time to focus on the most impactful activities while challenging those that distract from the identified goal
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to work as a team and adhere to tight deadlines

SALARY & BENEFITS:

The estimated compensation for this position ranges from $110,000- 125,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon a range of factors such as a candidate’s relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, and other organizational needs. In addition, there is acomprehensive benefits package including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer contribution and employee lease car program.
