Position Overview

Advanced R&D Technical Product Manager is accountable for the deliverables of Visualisation Advanced development project according to the roadmap. He/She will be responsible for understanding the market trends, new technologies, features and defining the roadmap for the Visualization platform. He/ She will be managing a large cross functional distributed team and will be representing the SW Function for the project within the organization and to the customer
Key Responsibilities:

He/She is responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of activities in the Visualisation projects.

Manages the overall SW Factory

Defining, tracking and updating the Project milestones

Understanding the ADAS Visualization state of the art and deriving new features

Defining and maintaining the Platform roadmap
-
Collaborate with other PL and BG to deliver visualization solution
-
Plans and tracks the milestones and management activities of the SW project.

Build and maintain detailed plans and schedules
-
Ensure CLEAN engineering gates SW readiness on time.

Chairs the SW CCB review meetings for SW-related checkpoints (CP0 & CP4).

Prioritize tasks and manage the critical path.

Establish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope.

Assume day-to- day responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time.

Maintain client/supplier relations, communication and status reporting (WSR & SWKPIs).

Initiates corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan.

Make sure that necessary resources and information are identified, allocated and used.

Manage deployment and utilization of CI framework.
-
Manage deployment of 0-Car initiative in the project.

Adherence to Software Processes including ASPICE, SMART, GSMART or others as required.

Report project status and escalate issues/risks to his project manager or hierarchical manager as needed.
Qualifications
-
5+ years experience as function owners in Automotive SW Projects
-
Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project and ticketing systems like CoreALM, JIRA
-
Fluent knowledge of English

Strong leadership skills / potential
-
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, enforcement assets and focus on results

Ability to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperation
