Based within our AAD domain, you’ll be part of a dynamic team focussing on the System Integration and System Testing utilizing XIL (Anything In the Loop) methods and test environments. You’ll play a key role in a team which is responsible for Test Planning, including test strategy, definition, execution, failure triage and reporting.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal position in defining strategy for system testing for assigned AAD features, developing tests and delivering verification and validation of AAD features on state-of-the-art (virtual & real) test environment. You’ll strategically develop functional test cases for various test platforms SIL/HIL/Vehicle as well as validation on XIL Test platforms and sign-off AAD systems on target vehicle platforms.
- Develop test strategy for the chosen features, Author tests against AAD System requirements following industry standard test methodologies
- Perform manual/automated test execution on all XIL test environments and report verdicts
- Management of Test reports and data evidence storage to demonstrate robust feature sign-off and compilation of test reports for system and sub-system sign-off
- Test case scripting: generation of executable automated sequences including test scenarios based on the deployed automation framework
- Validation of automated test cases generated automatically by the automation framework
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience in requirements based testing, design verification and validation.
- Good understanding of AAD Features on system, component and software level.
- Working knowledge of vehicle architecture and vehicle network knowledge such as Automotive Ethernet, CAN, LIN, Flexray
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and understanding of ISO standard (ISO 14229-1) of vehicle Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) protocol,
- Scenario Generation and Scenario Based testing experience preferably in Drive Sim.
