This is a 2nd Shift position Monday - Friday 2:50pm – 11:00pm
Summary: Perform in-process inspections of process hardware prior to and after coating operation, ensuring all the operations completed meet the standards provided for that operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the operation and safety features of all support equipment that is to be used at the pre and post-coating process steps for EBPVD and Plasma
- Perform in-process inspections of process hardware prior to and after coating operation, ensuring all the operations completed meet the standards provided for that operation
- Assist in all operational functions associated with processing the hardware to be coated
- Make all required process paper work entries at the proper time and sequence
- Lift up, push, pull, bend, squat, climb and twist hands and work in a confined space
- Good communication skills - able to speak, read and write in English
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Previous Manufacturing Experience

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary rate for this role is $21.64 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Pratt & Whitney Middletown, NY is an FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as a pre-employment contingency and also subject to ongoing random testing as an employee per FAA’s regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
