责任和义务

每周处理客户EDI 红灯报错，确保EDI畅通，客户需求的及时准确地传递;
每周接收客户订单，分析客户的波动，超出波动范围及时预警Team ,以及与客户销售团队跟进后续计划;
根据客户每周需求，与客户确认交付计划；
根据Team 反馈的物料采购周期，邀请客户提供对应的长期预测,有异常及时上升;
预警任何影响到客户交付的风险，及时上升,必要邀请销售介入;
根据客户需求安排运输，将发运计划给文员建立DN ，仓库备料，确认客户的交付；
每月的客户绩效考核监督，发生偏差分析原因，快读反应跟踪解决;
客户的ECR 管理，确保切换时间点的斜街，保证客户的顺利交付;
监督成品库存，确保DIO库存天数，减少成品E&O 发生；
每周分析成品E&O,
协助销售以及内部物料MOQ、SPQ、LT的信息传递；
客户EOP管理，提前管理控制EOP确保控制期的成品库存，必要时邀请客户介入；
协助财务每月的客户对账，异常及时处理；
领导交代的其他事宜
