                                                                  Resposibilities
    Highlight the main responsibilities
-    Initiate the QRQC in QIM database – participate to the containment and validate the robustness of the containment
-    Participate in the PDCA/QRQC activity to find the root cause and corrective/preventive actions for internal quality issue to reduce the line reject.
-    Be response for the key KPI customer line return PPM, follow customer objectives and indicators concerning quality claim/alert or warranty;
-    Support Site Quality Manager / Production Quality Manager / APU Managers/ APU quality Engineer in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities
-    Perform audits on the line to detect non-respect of the Standard and identify with the APU the actions to be completed to therefore comply with the Standard
-    Along the APU QRQC meeting ensure that rules are respected and “Stop at first disagree” and “Stop at first no” are applied
-    Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue, Update the APU quality tracking charts: Cost of Non Quality
-    Verify the continuous conformance of the process to generate product to specification in accordance with the control plans (machine capability – yearly product audit …)
-    Has authority to stop a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation where Standards are not respected or a safety or quality risk for the operator or for the customer has been detected or following a LLC Stability audit demonstrating lower than 100%
-    Stop the production if the quality problem or potential risk is found in production line to ensure the product quality.
-    In charge of QR for Internal Suppliers incidents, and push SQA team for the PD/ CA and closure management;
-    Conduct the failure analysis process of the customer returns (zero km and warranty) ,following the PDCA/FTA methodology and work towards customers satisfaction, quick response to protect customer is mandatory in case of quality concern.
-    Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (communication/Escalation),Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility.
-    Follow strictly the respect of answer to customer response, present and explain the PDCA including counter measure report to the customers
-    Make sure that all of PDCA communicated by the PLANT and sent to customer quality engineer, are clear and logical.
-    Communicate with customers to have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.  
-    Maintain good relationship with customer and improve the customer satisfaction, 
-    Well known the responsible customer quality system/ procedure/ process and others requirement.
-    Good cooperation with the resident QC/ GRE in the customer site.
-    Monitor all deviation, 4M change, 0 rework, RPA&PA  NG items according to the basic rules and high light all the potential risk to avoiding quality risk.
-    Customer contact windows for the 4M change, be familiar with customer procedure for application form/ PSW/ initial part delivery management.
-    Assist in start of production for new products by implement of customer expectations.
-    Provide the division with actual products, data and any information that can help to analyze the problem, to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence. "    
-    Maintain and monitor V5000 TQ and 10 tools deploy status to achieve global top level;
-    Optimize the process/ procedure to improve the efficiency of team’s work.
-    Motivate the team to achieve the team’s target.
-    Cooperate with the cross function department and strive for the resource.
