Position Summary
Aptiv are seeking a manager to join its Global Real Estate team, who will be a key member in leading its Workplace & Facilities Management strategy for the EMEA region. This strategic role is at the heart of ensuring Aptiv’s workplace and facilities operations are delivered in line with its global strategy.
Aptiv’s portfolio includes operations across Germany, France, Hungary, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland & Italy, with a mix of Manufacturing, Lab & Office space.
At APTIV, we design, develop, and validate systems to improve safety and comfort in vehicles. This includes the development of innovative computer vision features and machine learning algorithms for interior and exterior cameras. Examples of features are vehicle and pedestrian detection, lane detection, traffic sign and traffic light recognition, driver drowsiness sensing, seat occupancy monitoring, child presence detection, and hand gesture recognition.
Expert Quality Assurance Engineer (EQAE) assures high engineering product quality while collaborating with other competences, as well as the project management, systems, software and hardware engineering. The EQAE support project teams in area of being complaint to customer requirements and applicable industry standards (IATF, ASPICE), by coaching and performing audits.
This role monitors quality activities for upcoming sprints and project milestones, reports issues, helps project team with their investigation to closure and escalate if needed.

The Aptiv Connection Systems Team is looking for a Advanced Electronics Engineer to join the North America Product Engineering Team with the position located in Krakow, Poland. The successful candidate will be a part of the Consumer Connectivity product portfolio. The Advanced Electronics Engineer will be responsible for capturing/developing hardware and software requirements for connectivity modules such as USB-PD, USB hub, HDMI, Qi wireless charging and NFC, as well as verifying the engineering implementation conforms to the established requirements.
Join our team that works closely with the heart of the system. Our projects are infotainment. The team works in Kernel development. Drivers and OS configuration is our specialty. The stability of the whole system depends on our work. We work closely with HW, so basic knowledge of electronics will be an additional asset. The team deals with large projects, but each team member also develops smaller projects (proof of concept).
