Position Overview
The Customer Success Advisor is a role focused on the "Onboard" and "Use" lifecycle stages of our Strategic indirect and direct customers as they deploy Autodesk solutions. You will engage directly with customers through customer nurturing and planning interactions, data-driven triggered actions and reacting to inbound customer-initiated triggers.
You will join a team of 6-7 CSA Strategic professional and be reporting to the EMEA CSA AEC Manager.

Position Overview
Focus on selling direct to customers from inbound calls and MQL's (Marketing Qualified Leads) to achieve quarterly targets. Work with clients of all levels, in many industries, across a certain geographical market. Responsible for quickly developing and transacting orders with a growing emphasis on nurturing long lasting relationships between customers and Autodesk. In cases where there is more specialised discovery and more in-depth sales activities needed, opportunities will be qualified and then transferred.
