Job Description: Accounts Receivable

Performs daily finance operational duties in AR, including preparing of sales invoices (non-trade), taking in receipts, sending statement of accounts.
Runs AR Ageing Report and follows up with intercompanies on long aged receivables
Prepares AR Receivables Intercompany file to upload in ICART
Prepares Overdue Reports for monthly Cash Committee meeting
Prepares Customer Advanced Payment Schedule
