Warranty Dealer Auditor

Key Responsibilities

  • Warranty Audit & Claims Validation.

  • Training to the Dealers Net.

  • Support to Dealers network in Warranty topics.

  • Efficiency measurement of the Dealer Net.

  • Generate Audit reports.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. DESIRABLE

Previous Work Experience

  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry Quality Standards.

  • At least 1 years of automotive experience in Quality customer service.

  • Database management

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Language: English (550 points TOEIC score) Intermediate

Travel requirement: 80% Dealers AND PASSPORT

Must Have: Analytical Thinking, Creativity and innovativeness, ability to take quick actions, negotiation and planning skills.

Nice to have: SAP Knowledge.

Computer Skills: PowerPoint and Excel (Advanced)
