WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Maximise your full potential within our Design Vehicle Visualisation department and be part of a highly creative and multi-faceted team that provides a high level of visual output including still images, animations, live, and virtual presentation material using industry-recognised software and processes. These creative outputs are used to support Design in achieving gateways, design forums, and various other high-level design reviews throughout the wider business. 

 

You will manage the delivery of creative digital assets, supporting vehicle design at each stage of the process. Ensuring digital creative visualisations of pre-rendered vehicle & materiality at pace, maximising the use of digital datasets, and supporting model creation. 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Managing the production of all design digital assets, making sure they are on schedule to support vehicle design and materiality reviews
  • Work closely with the design teams to manage the accuracy of projects to the latest data and material application
  • Ensure creative direction and a modern luxury lens are applied to all digital content, so quality and a consistent look and feel are applied according to brand and vehicle design requirements
  • Specialise in the development of new digital creation techniques, ensuring the team seeks and applies new technologies in image production
  • Create, develop, and implement new creative ideas and challenge conventional thinking in problem solving

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Digital Visualisation experience and ability to lead a team delivering in the production of digital creative visual assets at pace
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of multi-skilled Digital artists
  • Experience using 2D design compositing & editing tools e.g. Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere
  • Experience using 3D modelling & visualisation tools e.g. VRED, Maya, Blender & Unreal
  • Experience in aesthetic judgement of CG imagery
