VIE HR Generalist - Japan (f/m)

Job Description:

Airbus is opening VIE opportunities to join our HR departments in Japan, Kobe

for a duration of 24 months starting mid 2024 according to administrative dossier with Business France / any VISA or immigration-related prerequisites.

Your Challenges

(subject to variations according to destination country and specific local HR organization)

  • Supporting HO HR and local HR team in the elaboration of reports, analysis serving decision-taking, or presentations to various audiences

  • Being involved in the HR cycle “People Tempo” and contributing to the launch and follow-up of the various annual campaigns (annual interviews, people and talent reviews, salary and promotion campaign..) 

  • Driving by yourself transversal HR projects supporting the local HR organization or enabling to cascade the Group policy locally

  • Supporting continuous improvement within the HR function, including building of the HR governance model, return on experiences on HR processes, optimization of HR reporting / KPIs and performance assessment.

  • Overall, being involved in HR generalist topics such as - and not limited to - resource planning, workforce development, talent management, culture evolution, inclusion & diversity, Employee Recognition and others as they arise. 

This role may involve some travel for business within the local region and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your Boarding Pass

  • Master degree level (or equivalent) in HR or Business Administration/Management field.

  • First experience in HR fields within a company or industry

  • Project management and/or change management skills

  • Collaborative way of working, team player who is able to work across organizations and has fun

  • Strategic thinking. Ability to step back, understand complex information and simplify

  • Customer oriented mindset

  • A high level of communication and presentation skills

  • High integrity 

  • Self-driven and autonomy, proactive and reliable, taking ownership

  • Language skills: Negotiation level in English, notions in Japanese are a key plus

- European Union Citizen (extended to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Monaco)

- Graduate up to and including 28 years old
