Assurer la conception et la mise en œuvre des solutions standard RH (incluant les politiques, les processus et les outils).
Contrôler les performances globales et l'efficacité des solutions standard RH.
Effectuer des consultations dans les cas nécessitant une grande expertise.
Examiner les impacts potentiels de la législation et de la réglementation en matière de RH sur les opérations quotidiennes.
