Immediate Need: Used Car Technician/ Experienced Lube TechnicianPay Range: $16-$18/Hourly $20-$24/Production Rate

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication work on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and report findings to the service advisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and service techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of automotive repair experience
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive service industry.

The California pay range for this position is $16-$18/Hourly $20-$24/Production Flat Rate.
This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.
