WHAT TO EXPECT
Join a fast paced team dedicated to improving our business operating model and future of Global Manufacturing engineering. You will become the centralised point of contact for all cadence, governance, actions and strategy. Your role within Central team is to determine our integrated business plan for global manufacturing engineering and the governance of it.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop our Global Manufacturing engineering growth & development strategy for our engineers
- Develop strategic papers in conjunction with the Manufacturing excellence and IO strategic initiatives
- Develop and deliver a strategy for our communications
- Manage budgets forecast, actuals and integrity for Central GME
- Be a single point of contact for multiple GME stakeholders.
- Work with cross function and operational teams to ensure objectives and activity plans are captured in the overall project plans
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Evidence on team leading skills including workload prioritisation, correct level of technical support, training skills to the team.
- Knowledge of other engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Maths.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments
- Extensive experience of using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
