Job Description Qualifications:

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in the repair, test, installation, configuration, upgrade and modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software. Performs general pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices. Orders, ships and receives parts and components. Assists in troubleshooting to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Hazelwood, MO.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in a role that required analytical skills

  • 3+ years of experience with electronic/electrical systems or subsystems and components including operating principles, design variables, performance, and key interfaces

  • 1 + years of experience with computer software loading, trouble shooting and repairs

  • 6 months of experience on flight simulators

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and interfaces. 

  • Software loading experience.

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
