A vacancy for a Training consultant Lean and Quality (m/f) has arisen within AirBusiness Academy in Hamburg.
You will be part of the Talent Development Service Line and you will be delivering training on Lean and Quality.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Lean and Quality training solutions development and delivery
- Deliver training solutions on time, on cost and on quality for the following subjects:
- Problem Solving
- Quality mindset for production
- Inspection principle
- Foreign Object Defect
- Occupational Safety
- Quality Mangement System
- Develop new training solutions (courses, learning solutions,…) addressing customer needs, and ensure the proper project management for new developments
- Deliver training solutions on time, on cost and on quality for the following subjects:
- Lean and Quality domain improvmeent
- Business development
- Contribute to product portfolio evolution in order to address market needs
- Contribute to designning technical approach for client proposals
- Identify new entrants and new technology in Lean and Quality
- Provide inputs to build the domain’s contribution to the Service Line business plan and financial targets
- Develop the customer relationship, in particular with the Airbus domain’s counterparts
- Business development
Activity split: Training solutions development and delivery 80%, Lean and Quality domain improvement 20%
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrate ability on pedagogical skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Quality and Lean:
- 5-10 years of successful operational experience in Lean and/or Quality (Operating Systems, APQP, Problem Solving)
- Experience in an international aerospace company with technical roles
- Professional certifications would be an asset (6 sigma, APICS, APQP Master,…)
- Experience of Safety would be an asset
- Proactively proposes innovation
- Project Management
- Customer mindset
- Autonomous and results focused
- Advanced level in German
- Intermediate level in English
- Master or Bachelor degree in Mechnical/Industrial/Aerospace/Aircraft Engineering would be an asset
This job has been graded Below Band V
This role may involve some travel for business mainly in Germany or Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
