Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina we recruit a Test & Validation Design Leader
Your challenges:
- Defines the product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis
- Supports the project team for CM, STR & risk analysis from the project acquisition phase.
- Documents Design Validation plan for Arm, Blade, Linkage, Motor based on defined test strategy.
- Plans & quotes at CAA all necessary actions to run the DV as: number of parts, jiggs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs, potential external test costs.
- Secures that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments
- Coordinates validation activities whatever the laboratory involved (Site, PG, Group)
- Reports issues and progress through DV&R plan and STR update
- Reports project validation risks to the R&D PTM and laboratory manager in DV phase.
Join our team if you have:
- An engineer’s or master’s degree in electronics/automatics/mechatronics or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions. Software validation experience will be an asset.
- Fluent English and Polish
- Management skills
- A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability of creative thinking
