Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Definition von Lastenheften, PFMEA, Kontrollplänen und Arbeitsanweisungen für neue Produktionsanlagen, Produkte und Werkzeuge und deren Industrialisierung unter Verwendung von IPROM-, VPS- und Clean-Standards
- Durchführung von Vor- und Endabnahmen von Produktionsanlagen im In- und Ausland
- Sicherstellen, dass während der Produktdefinitionsphase die verfügbare Produktionstechnologie berücksichtigt wurde und dass das gewählte Konzept die beste und kostengünstigste Produktionsoption darstellt
- Teilnahme am Kostenschätzungsprozess durch Bereitstellung von Kostenaufstellungen, Industrialisierungskonzepten und die damit verbundenen Investitionen
- Als Leadcenter für Kunststofftechnik Unterstützung und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Schwesterfirmen anbieten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Standards in Bezug auf Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrisikoprävention in Übereinstimmung mit dem HSE-System (Health, Safety, Environment)
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Fachrichtung Maschinenbau und/oder Elektro-technik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
Erfahrungen in der Fertigung von Kunststoffbauteilen als Technologe für Serienbetreuung oder PTM-Industrieprozess sind von Vorteil
