Your Role
• Follow up on customer inquiries related to technical aspects of products or services with regional team.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Hardware and Software.
• Provide a voice of customer feedback to internal teams.
• Support regional demos to share with customers.
• Actively support new business pursuits and attend relevant customer engagements.
• Provide technical knowledge and product experience in Software and Hardware.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a library of technical resources.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with Software and Hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel as required.
