Your Role

Our Talent Management Internship offers a 5-month immersive experience within the Global Talent and Inclusion team, focusing on Succession Planning. You'll work alongside our team to implement succession planning module in Workday, our human resource information system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in rolling out Succession Planning module on Workday
  • Upload and maintain accurate career profile information of critical roles within Workday
  • Participate in the creation of talent pools for critical roles
  • Develop and contribute to succession plans for identified high-impact roles
  • Gain exposure to other ongoing talent management initiatives

Your Background:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) like Workday
  • Knowledge of talent management best practices
  • Experience with reporting and data analysis tools
