Scrum Master and Software Project Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced SCRUM Master who has also background in software projects development.
Your task will be to cooperate with software development team leading all SCRUM related activities and support Product Owner in coordinating work of software developers.
If you join our team you will take part in development of the newest software systems for biggest world car brands.
Major Accountability:

Cooperate closely with Product Owner, Software Engineers and Test Engineers across various teams

Organize and keep on track SCRUM ceremonies across teams

Update and maintain project documentation
-
Drive everyday processes related to software development
-
Communicate with customers and suppliers
-
Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing agile project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, facilitating initiatives to drive organizational agility and responsiveness.

Lead change management initiatives to foster organizational agility and facilitate the adoption of agile principles and practices.

Ensure that agile practices are integrated seamlessly into the SDLC, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and delivery.

Coach teams on extreme programming (XP) practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration to improve software quality and delivery speed.

Facilitate the adoption of XP practices through training, mentoring, and hands-on support.
Your Background
-
Bachelor or Master degree
-
Knowledge of SCRUM methodology
-
Communication skills and experience in cooperation with customers
-
Good English
