Job Description:
Focal Point at AH OneLog Warehouse for Procurement Operations functions.
Commodity Representative located in the Warehouse for the different Industrial Plants PLB / DON / MAR / AHE.
Expedites flows for unplanned events (deviation from standard process) or critical supplies.
Supports the Supply Officers and solves procurement related administrative issues along the material logistic flow and tackle Clearing Cases, ensuring the continuous monitoring for control, anticipation and issues avoidance.
Main activities :
Potential Issues Surveillance and Inbound Volume Forecasting:
Aiming a streamlined inbound flow, surveillance of the order book POs and the related documentation in order to ensure deviations´ upfront awareness and correction. Early warning to responsible Supply Officer.
Export Control related surveillance:
- “Check routine” of export licences for PNs / POs to be delivered to OneLog in Spain.
Clearing Cases related surveillance:
- “Check routine” of POs to identify issues in advance and, when easing the inbound process for critical supplies / hot topics, amend the issue by delegation from SO (PO modification). For instance (not exhaustive list): wrong delivery address, wrong confirmation Key, etc.
Volume of deliveries forecasting:
- Deployment and monitoring of a regular delivery forecast to OneLog in order to smooth deliveries when possible or to, otherwise, provide to the Logs Partner with information to plan in advance the adaptation of the inbound capacity to the expected workload.
Export Control Tasks:
- Performs the “export control check” in incoming (i.e. ITAR, etc). For instance: missing EUS, missing licenses, wrong license number on delivery note, etc.
- Describes and keeps the process up to date for later transfer of “export control check” to Logistic Partner.
Critical Supplies / Hot Topics Expediting, blocked by:
NCs (Administrative, Technical, CLC)
or by Export Control related issues
or Customs related issues
NC CLC (Clearing Case):
- In full alignment with the SO, performs the required tasks to solve the CLC when it is on the SO perimeter (delegation from SO to modify PO, i.e. qty, line, etc).
Quarantine / Non Conformity Backlog (Admin, Tech):
- Endorsed by the SCQM organization, sets up and drum beats the “quarantine area monitoring routine” with tasked stakeholders, aiming NC prioritization for quick resolution and consequent part release (use, return, repair).
- Monitors and drum beats the “return to supplier” process until completion, tasking the corresponding stakeholders for the on time fulfilment and ensuring the part moves out from the quarantine.
- Expiry Date monitoring and supports decision in collaboration with SO.
- Sets Up and drum beats the routine to monitor the parts sent to the laboratory (in AHE, AH, AHD) for complementary inspection until release decision is made.
- Challenges "minor" visual / cosmetic defects and other NCs when not any other part in stock and no part within the short term coverage, and coordinates the various stakeholders (Ops Quality, Design, etc.) for quick revision and decision making.
Reporting:
- Release a comprehensive “quarantine reporting”: split between clearing case / litige, NCs age / value per commodities, avge. time of NCs tasks completion, in / out flow and backlog per commodity, etc.
Advice and Support for Structural Solutions:
- Data gathering and continuous monitoring of issues or deviations with regards to NCs (Admin, Tech, CLC), export control, customs, that enables a comprehensive analysis of root causes and subsequent advice for structural solutions.
- Endorsed by Logs, SOs and SCQMs, involves the required stakeholders for alignment on the solution proposal / recommendation and fix the actions required for its deployment (training, process, suppliers, awareness & tracking, SAP, etc.).
- Monitor the “challenged NCs” repetitiveness for potential revision of the incoming inspection criteria and the way the criteria are interpreted / applied by DAHER and AH (T2.2) to ensure no bias / mistakes during inspection.
Professional experience
- 2-3 years experience in aeronautical supply chain: Supply Officer, Supply Chain Quality Manager
- 2-3 years experience in aeronautical industrial operations (production / production control)
2-3 years experience in logistic operations: inbound manager, warehouse manager.
