Supply Chain Risk & Resiliency Roadmap
Supply Chain Digital Twin (SCDT) – A full digital representation of Aptiv’s global supply chain and material movements. Underpinned by advanced Graph data base & Google Cloud technology platform. Risk Management Platforms – An integrate approach to risk management including AI powered global risk & event monitoring and in-house digital applications to de-risk new program launches. AI & Predictive Analytics for Supply Chain – implementing the next generation of statistical models, predictive analytics and AI automation for Supply Chain Management.
The Supply Chain Resiliency Digital Transformation Analyst will work across all three pillars of the program to ensure solid execution the project plan milestones and timelines:
- Support data integration and automation workstreams in partnership with internal stakeholders & external third party data providers
- Working closely with functional stakeholders to improve existing data-based deliverables and streamline data-related reporting processes
- Exploration of business problems and challenges through business partner meetings.
- Assist in project coordination (status reporting, scheduling, and coordinating).
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- Preparation & presentation of project outcomes to executive leadership teams.
Your background
- BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business/Finance Management, Process Management or similar relevant subjects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional/global work environment (automotive or supply chain experience ideal).
- Prior experience working on Digitalisation & Transformation Projects
- Data driven, detail orientated with a strong analytic skill set and experience.
- Advanced MS Office Experience Required (especially MS Excel - including pivot tables, formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc) & use of BI Tools would be advantageous (e.g. Tableau/Power BI etc.).
- Prior experience with risk management KPIs/KRIs will be beneficial
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Environment, including Big Query & working knowledge of databases (nice to have).
- Advanced working knowledge in designing and creating Tableau reports and dashboards (nice to have).
- Excellent English.
- Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping or Problem Solving experience a plus, with a passion for process development & continuous improvement
- Good stakeholder management/relationship skills.
