Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analysts (Level 2, 3 & 4) to support the 767/777 Fulfillment organization in Everett, Washington on 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. The candidate must be willing to work split shift. This position will support both factory and supply chain priorities as well.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.

  • Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers. Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.

  • Coordinates part number attributes.

  • Verifies the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.

  • Releases and maintains orders.

  • Documents and resolves order delinquencies.

  • Reports schedule adherence issues.

  • Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.

  • Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories.

  • Creates schedules for products and services.

  • Coordinates and supports process improvements.

  • Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • 1+ years of experience in materials management and/or supply chain functions

  • 1+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Typical Education/ Experience: Associate (Level 2): Typically, 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Typically, 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Lead (Level 4)

Typically,10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
