Une offre de stage dans le département des ressources humaines intitulée «Stage en gestion de projets digitaux et analyse stratégique» vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse, Blagnac.
Idéalement, il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois, débutant en février 2024 (date sujette à flexibilité).
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de la Direction des Ressources Humaines en charge de l'attraction, de la rétention, du développement et du recrutement des talents d'Airbus.
En tant que responsable de projets digitaux, vous serez à l'avant-garde de la digitalisation des activités de l'équipe. Dans le cadre de votre rôle en analyse stratégique, vous serez en charge de proposer les prochaines tendances stratégiques à privilégier en matière d’innovation, de marché mais aussi de leadership.
La mission principale de votre stage sera de :

Proposer les prochaines tendances de marché (business et leadership) en vous basant sur les dernières études et dossiers de recherche indépendants et innovants.

Personnaliser et gérer un réseau social digital exclusif composé de leaders internationaux pour encourager l'échange et la génération d'idées.

Votre tuteur vous accompagnera dans l'identification de vos objectifs professionnels et le développement de vos compétences.
Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

Gestion de projet : En travaillant à l'introduction des outils d'IA et d'analyse de données, vous acquerrez des compétences en gestion de projet.

IA et Machine Learning : En collaborant avec nos experts numériques et informatiques, vous aurez une vision pratique de la mise en œuvre des modèles d'IA et de machine learning.

Analyse et interprétation des données : Vous développerez des compétences en analyse de données et serez capable de créer des analyses complètes aidant à la prise de décision.

Visualisation des données | UI / UX : Vous apprendrez à créer des visualisations de données claires et convaincantes.

Réflexion stratégique et commerciale : grâce à votre exposition auprès de leaders mondiaux d’Airbus et d’autres entités externes, alliant business et numérique, vous obtiendrez des perspectives sur les dernières tendances business.

Gestion des talents : faisant partie de l'équipe chargée de la gestion des talents, vous acquérez de la connaissance en matière de gestion de talent, gestion de carrière, rétention, développement et acquisition des talents.
Votre carte d'embarquement:
Vous poursuivez actuellement des études en Technologie de l'Information / Ingénierie / Informatique / IA / Analyse de Données, idéalement combinées avec un MBA, et vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

Compétence technique : Passion pour les nouvelles solutions numériques, applications, et forte acuité technique. Une formation en IA, analyse de données, et gestion de bases de données, avec la capacité d'appliquer efficacement ces concepts sera hautement appréciée.

Autonomie : Avoir une attitude proactive, transformant défis en opportunités.

Gestion de projet : Planification, exécution, et supervision des projets de bout en bout.

Adaptabilité : Étant donné l'évolution constante de la technologie et des tendances de marché, l'adaptabilité et une volonté d'apprendre de nouveaux outils et techniques seront cruciales.

You will join the Human Resources Top Executive Management and Talent Acquisition team responsible for top talent development attraction, retention, and hiring, as well as succession planning for the Airbus Top Executive population and other corporate top talent development initiatives.
As Business Strategist and Data Analyst, you will be pioneering the digitalisation of the team activities and also proposing the next strategic and business trends to focus on.
Your internship main mission will be to:

Design, drive and implement Artificial Intelligence and predictive instruments in the current digital suite.

Propose the next business trends and patterns based on the latest independent market research. This will be for the benefit of the ExCom corporate development initiatives, enabling data-driven insights and decision-making.

Tailor and manage an exclusive social network composed by international leaders to foster and monitor collaboration, exchange and ideas generation.
Your tutor will support you in identifying your professional objectives and develop your skills.
This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Project Management: As you will work on introducing AI and data analytics tools, you will acquire project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

AI and Machine Learning: By collaborating with our Airbus digital and IM experts you will gain hands-on insights in how AI and machine learning models are implemented to automate processes, improve efficiency, and make predictions in talent acquisition and management.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: You will develop skills in collecting and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that can support the decision-making.

Data Visualization | UI / UX: You will learn to create clear and compelling data visualizations that help communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders, focusing on the user experience.

Business and strategic thinking: Through the muti-faceted experience linking business and digital, you will gain insights on the latest business trends, broadening strategic thinking and capacity to synthesize complex and diverse information on various business environments spanning beyond the aerospace industry.
Your Boarding Pass:
You are currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology / Engineering / Computer Science / AI / Data Analytics ideally combined with Business Administration (or equivalent), and you have the following competences and mindset:

Technical Proficiency: Passion for new digital solutions, apps, and the technical acumen to evaluate their feasibility. Background in AI, data analytics, and database management, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively will be highly considered. Ability to analyze data and propose UI / UX solutions.
