Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en contrôle financier de projet et appel d'offres (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Defence and Space Connected Intelligence sur son site d'Elancourt (78). Vous rejoindrez le département « Program & Project Commercial/Controlling » et travaillerez sur l'activité « Intelligence ».

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en janvier 2024 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif et pourra être revue).

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
 

Tâches et responsabilités :

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

  • Contrôle projet (essentiellement des contrats à long terme) : permettre de suivre l'avancement du projet, le calcul et le suivi de sa marge à terminaison ainsi que de sa trésorerie.

  • Planification du business (forecast et plan) : permettre de suivre la croissance, la profitabilité et la trésorerie d'un périmètre assigné de l'activité.

  • Support à la préparation d'offres commerciales.

  • Fournir des données financières qualitatives et quantitatives pour contruire une offre gagnante.

  • Assurer la cohérence financière et une gestion des risques appropriée.

  • Support à l'élaboration du budget et des taux horaires.

  • Support aux rapports mensuels avec suivi du carnet de commandes, des revenus, des coûts, des marges et des éléments principaux de bilan en comparaison du budget et des forecasts.

  • Support aux taches operétionnelles : facturation, relances client, lancement des commandes, etc.

  • Support dans la gestion des risques et le renforcement du contrôle interne.

  • Support au contrôle de gestion du cost center.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment d'avoir un aperçu global de plusieurs domaines de la finance opérationnelle.

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac. + 5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la finance, du contrôle de gestion ou une discipline apparentée ? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Maîtrise d'Excel et de la suite Google.

  • Une expérience de SAP BW serait un plus.

  • La maîtrise de l'allemand serait un plus.

  • Proactivité, flexibilité et capacité à répondre rapidement à des deadlines courtes.

  • Fiabilité.

  • Fortes capacités analytiques et synthétiques.

  • Bonne communication (écrite et orale).

  • Aisance dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

  • Français : courant.

  • Anglais : minimum niveau C1.

We offer an internship: "Internship in project financial control and bid finance (f/h)" at Airbus Defence and Space Connected Intelligence in Elancourt (France - Paris area). You will join the "Program & Project Commercial/Controlling" department and work on the "Intelligence" business.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2024 (date subject to flexibility).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. You will contribute to the following:

  • Project controlling (including long-term contracts): enabling to understand the business content in its heart.

  • Business planning (forecast and operative planning) : enabling to get an overview of the full business scope.

  • Supporting offer building and bids.

  • Providing qualitative and quantitative financial data to build a winning offer.

  • Ensuring financial consistency and adequate mitigation of risks.

  • Supporting budget and hourly rate preparation.

  • Supporting monthly actuals reporting of backlog, incoming orders, turnover, costs, commitments, cash, receivables, liabilities vs. budget and forecast.

  • Supporting operational processes such as invoicing, A/R follow-up and purchase requests validation.

  • Supporting risk management process and internal controls assessment and reinforcement.

  • Supporting cost center controlling including cost analysis per cost type.

This internship will allow you to get an overview of many aspects of a financial directorate.

Your boarding pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac. 5 in finance, controlling (or equivalent) and you will develop the following competences:

  • Experience with SAP BW would be a plus - ideally Simplify.

  • At ease with other IT tools - especially Excel.

  • Proficiency in German would be a plus.

  • Proactivity, flexibility and ability to respond quickly to short deadlines.

  • Reliability.

  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills.

  • Good communication skills (written and oral).

  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

  • English: minimum level C1.

  • French: fluent.
