Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale, vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégré dans une année de césure, d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année.

Une offre de stage intitulée « STAGE en Ingénierie Pédagogique - Domaine Industrie (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac Wings-Campus. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 10 personnes (40 personnes en transnational) au sein du département  « Académie Industrielle ». L'équipe a de nombreux défis à relever: adapter le référentiel de compétences, proposer des formations efficaces ayant un maximum d'impact sur les activités opérationnelles, accompagner l'évolution d'Airbus en tant qu'entreprise apprenante.

Les valeurs de l'équipe : apprendre tous les jours, travailler en mode collaboratif et s'entraider.

Votre stage consistera  à accompagner l’équipe dans l'amélioration de l’offre formation, en amenant vos compétences d'ingénierie pédagogique et numérique.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Janvier 2024 (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue). 

Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

  • Contribuer au développement des solutions de formation digitales/rich média

  • Compléter le benchmarking démarré par l’équipe sur les dernières tendances en matière de formation (“learning trends”)

  • Définir des recommendations utiles à l’équipe pour adapter l’approche formation sur la base de ces dernière tendances (par ex. évaluations, learning apps sur smartphones, gamification)

  • Développer un support pour former l’équipe à  la création de parcours formants (bonnes pratiques etc)

  • Création de supports de communication, par exemple Google sites (en anglais)

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes : 

  • Gestion de la formation

  • Gestion de projet     

  • Gestion des compétences et d'un plan de formation

  • Conduite du changement

  • Techniques de communication

Votre carte d’embarquement : 

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie pédagogique, de l'ingénierie pédagogique numérique  ou une discipline apparentée

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Définition d’objectifs pédagogiques

  • Concevoir de dispositifs de formation 

  • Gestion de projet     

  • Curiosité et soif d’apprendre

  • Capacité d'adaptation

Compétences linguistiques attendues : 

Anglais  : Courant

Français  : Courant

As part of an initial training course, you are looking for a compulsory internship or one integrated into a gap year, lasting from 4 to 6 months maximum, enabling you to validate your year.

An internship position entitled "Training Engineering Internship - Industry Area (f/h)" has just opened up within the Airbus Commercial division at its Blagnac Wings-Campus site. 

You will be joining a team of 10 people (40 in transnational) in the "Industrial Academy" department. The team has many challenges to meet: adapting the skills repository, offering effective training with maximum impact on operational activities, supporting Airbus' evolution as a learning company.

The team's values: learning every day, working collaboratively and helping each other.

Your internship will involve supporting the team in improving the training offering, by bringing your pedagogical and digital engineering skills to bear.

Ideally, this 6-month internship will start in January 2024 (the period is given as an indication, and may be revised). 

Duties and responsibilities:

You will report to a manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in developing your skills.

In this context, your main activities will be as follows:

  • Contribute to the development of digital/rich media training solutions

  • Complete the team's benchmarking of the latest learning trends

  • Define useful recommendations for the team to adapt the training approach on the basis of these latest trends (e.g. assessments, learning apps on smartphones, gamification)

  • Develop support to train the team in the creation of learning paths (best practices, etc.)

  • Creation of communication tools, e.g. Google sites (in English).

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills: 

  • Training management

  • Project management     

  • Skills and training plan management

  • Change management

  • Communication techniques

Your boarding pass:

You are currently preparing a Bac +5 degree (or equivalent) in educational engineering, digital educational engineering or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

  • Definition of pedagogical objectives

  • Design training systems 

  • Project management     

  • Curiosity and thirst for learning

  • Ability to adapt

Expected language skills : 

  • English: Fluent

  • French : Fluent

If your profile matches the prerequisites, you will be invited to take part in a video interview (~12 minutes), the result of which will be viewed by the recruiter.
