Vehicle in the Loop (VIL) Automation
We are a system team working with software testing and test environment development in VIL environment (Vehicle in the Loop). Our team mainly focus on the complete vehicle electrical system level, but we are also involved in the lower levels of testing. We work with both manual testing, fault tracing and test automation. Our team is cross-functional, i.e., we have both test design, test planning, infrastructure development, test automation and defect handling in the same team. The team consists of both senior and junior testers. Our technology roadmap is exciting, and you will be part of an amazing journey when we scale up with new functionality.
We are looking for a Senior Test Developer that are skilled with Automation testing and fault tracing.
What will you do?What will you do?
In your role as test developer, you are a member of a tight agile development team. You will work with automation testing and fault tracing. You will work with test automation and able to hands-on with the Cars/Rigs as well. Here you have the chance to work on our new platforms and to see the whole system behavior.
The main competencies in the team are testing on complete vehicle electrical system level. Tools used in the cross-functional team are Jenkins, Git, Gerrit. CAPL, CANoe, vTest studio.

Required qualifications
- M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience within automotive and from working in an international environment
- Experience from automation testing
- Test development and analysis skills
- Testing and fault tracing in vehicle testing
- Git, Gerrit, Python, CAPL/C
- Good programming skills in general
- CAN/LIN/ Ethernet (automotive) – Autosar know how Classic and Adaptive
- Tools (Canoe/Canape, database System Weaver, (Electra)
- Vehicle measurement know-how
- You know how a car works / BEV basic understanding
- Driver’s license (B-level)
