Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist to support the Boeing Distribution Chemical Management Center at our Coppell, TX facility. 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:  Coppell, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Completes initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing shipments.

  • Processes and confirms receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.

  • Processes hazardous goods in accordance with DOT requirements.

  • Validates Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming/outgoing chemical shipments.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping supplies.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or customer service environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Must be able to stand for extended period of time to successfully perform the job requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft office products

  • SAP knowledge

Typical Education/Experience: 
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $46,750 - $63,250
