Lloyd Motor Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Retention Advisor to join our team based at Lloyd BMW Colne.
Salary: £12,220 Basic Salary Per Annum with an OTE of £14,220 Per Annum
Hours: Part time position - 8.00am – 12.00pm week days
Role responsibilities:
- To utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
- Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
- To promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
- Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
- Work with your colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities.
