Retention Executive

Fantastic opportunity for a talented Retention Executive to join the team at our exciting newly acquired Retail Centre at Lloyd North Tyneside BMW & MINI (Silverlink).

We are looking for people with passion and integrity, the ability to manage multiple customers, and excellent communication skills. You don’t need recent Contact Centre or customer service experience, just the ability to want to learn and represent a luxury brand to a high standard.

Salary: Basic £24,000 Per Annum OTE £30,000
Hours: 40 Hours per week 

Role responsibilities:

  • To utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
  • Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
  • To promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
  • Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
  • Work with your colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities.
