Lloyd Motor Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team.
This is an exciting time as we are forming one collaborative customer experience team based at Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover in York. The team will oversee all outbound and inbound calls to our customers who require an MOT, Service or Health check on their vehicle.
After customer service training, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills to deliver first-class customer service on every call. Full training will be provided around customer bookings, upselling our products and using various software tools.
Salary: £24,500 Basic Per Annum and up to £28,000 OTE Per Annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Location: The role represents the whole of Lloyd Motor Group; however, you will be based at Lloyd Land Rover in York.
Role responsibilities:
- To utilise iLloyd and CRM@Retail contacting customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deffered work for follow up / clear down
- Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
- To promote Service Plans and Extended Warranties to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
- Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
- Monitor work mix from bookings to aim to achieve 20% Internal, 20% Warranty and 60% Retail work mix
- Works with colleagues across the Dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints
