Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineering Manager to join our team.
Your Role
- You will be leading the Software development for Active Safety products, Infotainment and Domain Controllers. In particular you will be responsible for
- SW development, integration and release of final software.
- Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, KPIs, quality and customer requirements
- Provide strong leadership to technical staffs (develop, evaluate, motivate, train, manage, reward and recognize employees, supervise the subordinates).
- Streamline SW Development process, provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams globally to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electricals /Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/Robotics or equivalent with an experience of 14+ years
- A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission
- A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
- #EXP[14-18]
- 12+ years in people management , SW Project management, Distributed SW development experience (multiple sites)
- Automotive Communication Protocols like CAN &/or Ethernet
