Job Description
The Commercial Software Go to Market PMO supports our stakeholders in bringing our software products that leverage vehicle data, AI, and modern cloud-based solutions to improve fleet driver and manager experiences and reduce the cost of fleet ownership to market. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strengthen our Commercial Software Go to Market program team. As a Commercial Software Program Manager in Go to Market, you will work with cross-functional partners in business, operations, marketing, product and engineering to execute our Go to Market Strategy that ensures we are ready to support our fleet and business customers and grow revenue for GM.

Define project scope, status, charter, timeline, and resource planning ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and exceptional quality.

Identify potential risks and key interdependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and action plans to address them.

Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in driving large projects/programs end to end, consistently seeking opportunities for improvements and innovation.

Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve go-to-market strategies.

Exhibit clear and concise communication to executive level, showcasing professionalism through compelling presentations that utilize storytelling and metrics to display project progress and insights.

Facilitate inclusive meetings with attention to detail, accountability, and intentionality, ensuring the appropriate forum, cadence, and audience as well as documenting and following up on action plans.

Foster cross-functional collaboration, operating as a key partner for business, product and operations, by employing strategic communication and influencing tactics to maximize collective impact.

Lead teams through change, fostering a culture of adaptability by adjusting project/ program plans accordingly and ensure appropriate communication to all stakeholders.

Display professional courage by driving accurate and honest results with a sense of urgency, inspiring the team to operate with heightened engagement and efficiency.

Apply domain expertise across key functions (business, operations, product, marketing), appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean...), and strong business acumen.

Conduct post-launch reviews to identify lessons learned.

Implement process improvements for future product launches.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

3+ years of project/program management or related experience

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Experience interacting with customers

Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams

Experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes

Proven success working with all levels of management

Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources

Familiarity with product management and marketing principles.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View or Warren three times per week, at minimum.
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
- The salary range for this role is $110,200 and $176,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
