What you’ll do

  • Drive result: independently driving business control and improve activities, focus on both of running Opex and early involvement for new project investment.
  • Collaborate: good communication with Finance team, good cooperation with stakeholders, and a good team player. Communicate with internal Finance teams and build up efficient teamwork. Continually contribute to improve finance efficiency, including but not limited to, develop and standardize finance report & analysis system, support on SAP /Chimas /Tax /GBO /Audit related activities, support on actions to improve P&L /BS /Cash flow.
  • Ownership: a sense of accountability towards all business of the finance team, willing to share and enjoy helping others with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Business insight: understand real business, foresee business trend or has interested in business developed trend. Provide value-added suggestion to business based on benchmark analysis and cost breakdown investigation, make decision for business from finance perspective when it is necessary. Foresee /highlight risk and opportunities for business, lead efficient actions with business together and drive internal control to optimize manufacture process.
  • Other assignment from line manager.
  • Fluent English & Chinese communication and more than 3 years SAP experience.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor or above, CPA or ACCA or CMA is preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in Auto-industry, or other talent with high potential.
  • Good presentation skill and strong analysis position background.
  • Leadership skill and good team player.
  • Fluent English & Chinese communication is necessary.
