This includes everything from autonomous vehicles and advanced control systems to class-leading infotainment, cloud-connected features, and integration of consumer electronic technologies, not to mention the opportunity to drive advanced prototype vehicles.

 

 Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Opportunity to shape the integration strategy for products through leveraging CI/CD technologies in novel scenarios, ensuring resilient software build process and high-quality software being delivered to JLR vehicles.

  • Responsible for dependency management and integration of software components to form the software artefacts required for embedded controllers responsible for critical vehicle functions.

  • Perform integration smoke test cases, leveraging test automation & identifying automation opportunities

  • Building test plans, create test tools, use cases, and testing of JLR's Vehicle Platforms.

  • Able to mentor Integration and Test Engineers, both on-site and off-site team members

 

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Experience in building automation to build and deploy software.

  • You will have knowledge in Test Automation Framework usage and extension, Working knowledge of Python to delivery projects.

  • 6+ Years' experience developing modular and scalable test tools and frameworks.

  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle, Strong Working knowledge of CI/CD Technology in an agile development environment.

  • Experience in automating build processes leveraging scripting languages (YAML, CMAKE).
