Tasks
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for our SaaS-Products (B2B) aimed at generating leads and increasing product awareness
- Create, run, and track campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including organic and paid search, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing, to fill the sales funnel with qualified leads
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the needs and interests of our target audience
- Manage high-quality content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos, and more to attract and engage prospects
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility (SEO) and drive organic traffic
- Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing campaigns and enhance results
- Collaborate with the product & sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and support sales enablement efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Develop tracking mechanisms to report on progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- 4 years of proven success in digital marketing
- Extensive hands-on experience with a deep understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of your campaigns, including analyzing outcomes and applying learnings
- In-depth expertise in content marketing, specifically with SEO and web optimization techniques
- Passion for growth marketing, continuously exploring new trends and effectively applying them to generate qualified leads
- Extensive knowledge of key digital marketing tools and platforms
- Highly analytical mindset, capable of analyzing complex data sets to draw insights and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance marketing performance
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in agencies or B2B SaaS companies considered a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Comprehensive experience in growth marketing across multiple channels

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited

- Language skills: confident German at C1 level and business-fluent English
