Select Valuation Coordinator

Select Valuation Coordinator, Remote

Who We Are

Enservio provides services that help adjusters and claims professionals solve one of the biggest issues in property insurance – quantifying and valuing what’s inside a policyholder’s home. Minimizing back and forth with our customer by providing them the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process.

The Role

Enservio is looking for a Valuation Coordinator on the Select Valuation team.  The Select Valuation team appraises high value and unique items, including Jewelry, Fine Art, Antiques & Collectibles, Rugs, Design and Wine.  Valuation Coordinators are responsible for triaging new appraisal assignments to ensure they meet input standards and to assess the requests.  Based on this triage, the Valuation Coordinator creates custom cost estimates for client approval.  Once approved, the Valuation Coordinator assigns to the appropriate Select Appraiser based on category, complexity and availability.  Upon completion by the Select Appraiser, the Valuation Coordinator performs a final quality check to ensure the report satisfies the original request.  Valuation Coordinators play a pivotal role in Select operations and need to be highly organized, detail oriented and avid problem solvers.  The role requires collaboration with your fellow Coordinators, with the Appraisers on the Select team and with other individuals within the Enservio organization.
