Your Opportunity
We would like to welcome you in our team as Security Business Partner and Data Privacy Focal Point.
You will be part of the HR Transformation & Digital department which has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new digital capabilities for improved HR services and employee experience in compliance with regulations and security. In this role you will cover the entire Airbus scope, cross-country and cross-division.
Your Location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. You prefer working in the South of France, in Toulouse? No problem, we can also offer you the position there.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
As security expert and privacy focal point, you will be a dedicated contact and advisor for corporate functions and HR specialists.
For the Human Resources perimeter:

You ensure the deployment of the security policy by the set up and the management of the security governance for the HR Business

You support HR business projects and daily operations to understand, ensure compliance with corporate Security directives and Privacy regulation and define requirements and guidelines

You are responsible for regular risk analysis, mitigation and a continuous improvement plan taking into account business constraints and needs of the HR environment, mainly consisting in personal data

You assist process owners and associated providers in implementing and monitoring the security and Data Protection requirements

You collaborate with other internal security departments of corporate security internationally

You ensure awareness within the HR function and organize upskilling

You support Security/Privacy assessments and audits
For the facilitation and stakeholder management:

You collaborate closely with the HR Data Officer to ensure that HR data security is properly managed

You act as HR privacy focal point and work closely with the data privacy team to address potential non-compliances and ensure the GDPR compliance of HR function

You manage relationships with external service providers
If you meet all the requirements, you can expect a salary of 81.000 € to 99.000€ gross/year.
Your Boarding Pass

You have a university degree in IT Security Management, Cyber Security, International Law of Global Security or similar

You bring profound knowledge and first project experience in data security and privacy, ideally combined with expertise in cyber security

Ideally, you bring first experiences in the Human Resources environment

You are skilled in security architecture and risk management

You have an analytical mindset and the ability to speak up as well as to adapt to a changing environment

Good team spirit is for you as important as for us

You are at negotiation level in English and advanced in German, additional language skills are appreciated
This position requires regular, approx. monthly to quarterly business trips, mainly to Toulouse.
