Your Role

Responsible to drive engineering processes

Responsible to implement SCRUM based agile practices of SCRUM Teams on multiple international locations

Run daily, weekly and monthly agile ceremonies efficiently and strictly
-
Implements structure changes and strategy that are generated by agile retrospectives
-
Coach, train and guide the engineering organization on agile methodologies
-
Coach the SCRUM teams on self organization
-
Improve transparency within the team
-
Assessing SCRUM maturity
-
Ensures that the team is fully functional and productive

Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions and removes barriers
Your Background
-
An experienced scrum master or engineer holding a degree in Science, IT, engineering or other
-
Certified SCRUM Master
-
Experiance in Agile Development Environment in a cross domain organization
-
Very good communication skills and persuasiveness
-
Excellent English language skills
-
Experience in ADAS or Autonomous Driving is a big plus
-
Team lead or project execution track record experience is a big plus
-
Programming experience or embedded knowledge is a plus
