Mission:
SCM comprises all activities that must take place to get the right car to the right place at the right time. Supply Chain Process Engineering team is in charge of new business development; SCM processes engineering; driving processes and performance enhancements; and development of mid/long term strategies. The mission of the SCPE Coordinator is to support cross-functional projects and lead process and system enhancement activities for SCM.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Business Intelligence reporting systems (Tableau), lead implementation of new X-functional reports & KPI, lead Tableau roll-out strategy
- Contributes to the expansion of process automation activities within the SCM department
- Support projects contributing to the achievement of transformation SCM programmes
- Window between business and IS teams
- Projects management (enhancement of ordering processes, systems and reporting tools)
- Project objectives, scope, benefits, costs and KPIs.
- Planning & scheduling
- Business requirements, workshops, brainstorm, design
- Issues and risks management
- Stakeholders management, communication and project status report
- Propose and execute testing plan, implementation plan, deployment management
- Provide end-user support including issues analysis and reoccurrence prevention
- Maintain SCM processes definition, documentation, processes deployment, end-user training
Required background & Experience:
- Educated in Supply Chain – master’s degree - Business School, Engineering School...
- First experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or Sales area.
- Skills in project management methodology
- Have experience in implementing Tableau reports.
- S&OP (carflow) & S&OE (ordertake) experiences
