Job Description:

A. Accountabilities
• Responsible for the daily Compensation and Benefit services and operations towards related entity, participate in C&B related projects by following and implementing company’s Human Resource strategy and C&B objectives. 

B. Main Activities
•    Interacts with internal and external clients, provide the efficient and professional supports from C&B perspective.
    Act as daily focal point to answer employee’s C&B related questions, including time management, payroll and other C&B related questions for respective entity.
    Interacts with other HR teams and business functions, generate C&B related report and analysis based on requirement
    Interacts with external clients such as Government Institutions, vendors, etc.
    Work with auditors for any payroll & benefits related queries
    Any other C&B related activities as assigned

•    Data analysis and data support to Compensation policy & Program design and improve
    Lead the whole process of external market survey, including regular annual survey and sponsor; analysis survey result and provide proposal;
    Analysis internal team member compensation related information, and provide timely and accurate data/report for compensation policy design or improvement;
    Assist to complete annual Camp. (Perf, Review, Salary Review, bonus, and other compensation related Campaigns, etc.) including data preparation, material preparation, communication preparation, etc. 

•    Daily and Payroll and Time Management: Responsible for daily C&B support and service to related entity, maintain C&B database and personnel information up to date for related entity.

•    Annual regular report: Conduct C&B budgeting and cost analysis for related entity, generate data reports for both the internal and external needs. 

•    Project 
    Participate C&B related projects

•    Annual Benefits Program: Administer and manage employee insurance, Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), Employee of the Year, on the spot Award, etc. 

C. Outputs
•    C&B related Budget control for related entity
•    Internal and External clients’ satisfaction
•    Effective C&B policy and procedure implementation
•    Effective and efficient C&B daily operations
•    Developmental activities

D. Qualifications
•    Education: Bachelor or above, specialized in HR, Economics, Legal or Business Management 
•    Experience: have about 3 years of working experience in HR field
be familiar with legal requirements for payroll & benefits
•    Basic Skills: Office software/ Database use / English and Chinese. Master of Excel is preferred
•    Certifications: N/A
•    Soft Skills: Analytical skill;
Work across teams, time difference and cultures

Manage sensitive and confidential data professionally
Make independent judgement call
Be service minded
Be detailed-oriented
•    Technical Skills: Knowledge in Human Resource Management
