We are now looking for a Reporting & BI - Product & Market, AS Performance to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Marketing Knowledge & Data Analytics Manager.
How you can contribute and have an impact?
- Reporting & insights, trend visualization, AI modelling, performance analysis
- Responsible for the preparation, extrapolation and analysis of product and market
- Analyze product / aftersales performance based on specific reports (price position, trends, competitors’ actions)
- Frequent reporting of campaign performance
- Media KPIs (GRP, reach, impressions, clicks, CPC)
- Number of qualified visitors, cost per QVs
- Showroom traffic
- Captive bank data analysis based on request
- Supervise and monitor quarterly and seasonal campaigns & action plans, execution of European Aftersales marketing strategies and programs, webpage development
- Review AS campaign data and evaluate the results of the performed campaign, lead strategic direction for future campaigns
- Ensure sufficient training (internal) for reporting
- Control budget related to the dealer data and systems
- Managing special projects and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for regional and national management
What we look for:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience preferably within the automotive industry, EV experience is a plus
- Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous
- Experience in Data management / engineering
- Higher education at Bachelors’ level
- Fluency in English, other local languages are considered as an advantage
- Analytical skills
- Advanced PC skills
- Experienced MS Office user, especially in Excel
- Presentation skills
- Data-driven decision-making

- Familiarity with data Management principles and practices
- Experience creating and documenting policies and procedures
